Actually it looks more like carnelian to me. I work with a lot of stone and thats the impression I get from the picture. Could be agate but I am betting carnelian.
This is what's so great about the Internet: I have a complete stranger stop by and give me some free information about something they are an expert on, out of the goodness of their heart! Fantastic. I appreciate it a lot :)
You are more than welcome Roger. That is one of the things I happen to love about the internet myself. I get to run around and share my info for free. It is kinda like giving gifts. Out of the blue someone drops a present off for you. It is a wonderful way to celebrate just being.
