Sorry to post a pic such as this, I guess it's not all roses here in Taiwan. Some taiwanese people don't seem to know how to take care of their animals and many have no concept of respect for non-human life. This was outside a pet shop, in the heat of the day. Appalling :(

ha ,it is me michelle ,it is really sad to see this pic,even if i am taiwanese ,but i still shame about this,some people in taiwan really did not know how to take their animal ,some family want to have a pet with their child to comapny their childhood but it just a short time ,that is why we can see so many poor animal was be throw away by their owner .may you should send some news tv , to let them know we have many social problem not just face on political
That might not be a bad idea. I'll search for SPCA in Taiwan.
