Photographically, this is a terrible shot, but I wanted you to see the kind of treasure you can find at Taichung's Jade market. It's incredible the wealth of stuff there. I'm sure some of these items were centuries old. There doesn't seem to be an interest in traditional Chinese culture from many of the Taiwanese people themselves. The most interested people there were all foreigners. Pity.
